I haven't really jumped on board with the whole 70's trend yet, other than a few roll neck jumper purchases and catching myself trying on some a line skirts but one thing that's really stood out to me is neutral colours, fringe and suede. It's the only thing I can really get on with because I find it very easy to style and this colour palette has slowly become my obsession. 

Fringe is always a staple in a bohemian summer wardrobe, but it can be styled many different ways - with knitwear for colder days, with crop tops and cami's for a warmer daytime look; you can even pair your minimal heels and bodycon dress with a fringe clutch and call it a night. So I thought I'd embrace the 70's trend with pieces that I already love, it's definitely a lot less scary that way.

Just because the look is extremely beige and brown, I thought I'd add some black just to keep it from being too brown, and I think this structured city bag keeps the look from being too laid back - and just look at those shoes! I might need to get my self a pair of knee highs now...

Casual Heels with New Look

Finding heels that are comfortable to wear everyday is literally so hard, I feel the struggle everytime I go shoe shopping. As a person that works on their feet all day, needing comfort is so important, but as a lover of heels, I find that it can be a bit tricky. That's why chunky heels are exactly the way to go.

New Look is the only place I can think of when I need shoes, I think they are amazing quality and their prices are unbeatable. These shoes were just £30!  These are really comfortable and they are really versatile as they can go with anything; they've quickly become my favourite shoes to wear to work and I already wear them at least 3 times a week - might be why they are a tad muddy!

Scents with The Body Shop

The Body Shop have some iconic scents, the most famous being White Musk - I think everyone is familiar with it or has been at least once in their lives. It's a really nostalgic scent to me and it really reminds me of family, so I don't tend to wear it too often, but The Body Shop do offer a lot of amazing scents that are really affordable too.

I've opted for their fragrance mists and I've really been into these recently, as they are really easy to just throw in your bag and freshen up during the day. I picked up the Madagascan Vanilla Flower a little while ago and it's already one of my favourite scents. It's a very floral scent but has subtle hints of fruit; I love vanilla scents, so if you don't I would avoid this, but it's really fresh and feminine and I just love it. 

I have a few Body Shop fragrance mists now and I never regret purchasing them as they are so cheap and such good quality, I would really recommend them all, especially if you're like me and less willing to pay for expensive perfumes; these would be perfect!
